About TIU Library

Tishk International University Library was established to support the academic mission of Tishk International University by providing high-quality information resources and services for students, faculty, and researchers. Since its opening in the 2008–2009 academic year, the library has become an essential part of campus life, offering a welcoming environment for study, research, and knowledge discovery.

The library’s collection includes a wide variety of printed and electronic resources, including textbooks, reference works, academic journals, and research materials in multiple languages. In addition to traditional hardcopy books, TIU Library has developed a large electronic collection with more than 20,000 e-books and a growing number of digital resources.

TIU Library is structured to serve the diverse needs of its users. It provides study spaces for individual and group learning, access to computers and internet services, and a modern e-library platform where students and staff can find digital materials and conduct research.

The library also supports academic success through friendly and knowledgeable staff who assist users in locating resources, using library systems, and navigating digital collections. Through ongoing efforts to expand and update its holdings—both in print and online—the TIU Library continues to enhance its contribution to teaching, learning, and research.
